We are the authorized partner of 2G Energy AG, CHP (cogeneration of heat and power) plant sales and maintenance licence holder. Besides periodic preventive maintenance interventions for our customers, we take care of repairing faults in emergency cases.
The system of operation monitoring which includes all CHP plants for which we provide maintenance enables us, by using diagnostics and experience, to foresee the possibility of downtime and prevent it with a timely intervention. Preventive maintenance interventions increase the utilization rates of CHP plants, and keep their downtime to a minimum.
24/7 hotline service
For those customers for whom we carry out operational monitoring, this service includes 24-hour installation monitoring. Any possible extraordinary downtime is immediately identified with the help of an alarm system.
The use of an advanced software environment for maintenance intervention planning and a stock of most spare parts enable us to immediately start repairing the fault at the place of its emergence and eliminate it as soon as possible.
A team of qualified engineers and technicians with licences to service and maintain a particular type of a CHP plant, as given to them by the installation producer, takes care of the professional implementation of work.
Overhaul of CHP plants
CHP plants that have completed their life cycle, or the maximum number of operating hours according to the maintenance plan, need a general overhaul. Overhaul service is carried out by a special team of experienced professionals. During the overhaul, we upgrade CHP plants and replace vital parts. The characteristics of the installation undergo only minimal changes, and there are lower investment costs compared to those needed for a new installation.
